This traineeship-employment program is designed to provide financial support to cover the full cost of training (valued at US$4,880). The 2-month intensive traineeship program comprises a theoretical component and a practical on-the-job component supervised by an Australian registered Psychologist. Candidates who successfully complete the traineeship, and demonstrate maturity, professionalism and a positive attitude stand to secure of a full-time employment contract at Brain Optimax.

This role is best suited to candidates with prior experience in therapy and/or educational settings (e.g., speech pathology, behaviour modification, or school environments). Do you have previous work experience in these areas? *
The role is preceded by a 2-3 month intensive traineeship during which the organization will fund professional training and clinical supervision (valued at Rp65jt). However, if you have no prior professional work experience in a clinical setting that involves neuromodulation, a nominal meal stipend will be offered in place of salary during the traineeship period. Brain Optimax utilizes a partnership compensation model consisting of a base salary plus a variable component aimed at rewarding exceptional performance. Would this compensation structure be suitable for you? *

Brain Optimax offers a 2-part compensation plan with variable performance-based component.
