This traineeship-employment program is designed to provide financial support to cover the full cost of training. The 2-month intensive traineeship program comprises a theoretical component and a practical on-the-job component supervised by an Australian registered Psychologist. As a Clinician, you can expect to work within a dynamic, fast-paced clinical context with a clientele that presents with a spectrum of conditions, offering a rich learning environment for both new graduates and seasoned clinical professionals. Successful candidates will manage a caseload comprising of children and young adults with conditions as varied as autism spectrum disorders (ASD), language impairment, attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), Dyslexia, Learning Difficulties, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, etc. Candidates would be required to work an average of 40 hours per week.

Comprehensive training will be provided at intake and throughout the year to ensure that successful candidates adhere to and maintain a high level of competency, professionalism, and work ethic. Mandatory training modules include the clinical administration of neuromodulation (i.e., EEG Biofeedback, tDCS, Brainwave Entrainment, etc.) physiological self-regulation (e.g., Heart Rate Variability, diaphragmatic breathing, etc.) as well as psychotherapeutic interventions.
